What will the monthly HOA fee be and what does it include?
The monthly HOA fee is expected to be approximately $100 and will cover services such as grounds maintenance around your home, roof upkeep, trash collection, road maintenance, and more. A full copy of the HOA documents will be uploaded to the website once they are available.
What is the timeframe for completion of the first set of units, and how many units will there be in total?
The first two buildings are currently under construction and are projected to be completed by mid-November of this year. While certain factors, such as weather and other conditions beyond the builder's control, may affect this timeline, this is our best estimate. We will build 56 units in total.
What school districts are these townhomes in?
All residents fall within the highly regarded Forest School District, which includes Forest Elementary School, Forest Middle School, and Jefferson Forest High School.
